About our service. We are a mobile tea party service and event company specializing in themed parties for adults and children in the comfort of your own home or location of choice. All locations must have clean drinking water and set up station such as a kitchen with stove for warming special appetizers.
How to book a party?
Complete the request form and return to me by email: email@example.com or to the address below. Make sure your deposit of $50.00 is sent to the address below to book your party as soon as possible. If you are booking an entertainer please call first. I have several companies in Tucson that are available.

A $50.00 non refundable deposit is required to reserve a date. If we have to cancel your party for any reason, we will return your deposit to you. We cannot refund the deposit if you cancel the date, however we will move your party to a mutual agreed date. Date and time of your party is not guaranteed until the deposit is received. Once your party is confirmed cancellation penalties will go into effect. Final payment is due at the completion of the event.
A $35 returned check fee will be applied to all checks returned due to banking guidelines. An interest charge of $15 per week will be charged for every week the final payment is past due. Please add another 5% made by credit cards final payments. There is no bank fee for deposits made by credit card.
Make checks payable to High Desert Tea Parties LLC at 204 West Sunset Road, Huachuca City, AZ 85616. We accept cash, checks, money orders, Visa, Master Card, American Express and Discover. an 8% tax will be applied to all parties.
Booking notice and Party schedule.
We recommend booking at least 3-4 weeks in advance. Parties can be booked with a 7 day notice for a rush fee of $50-75 depending on the party. Entertainment such as a princess or fairy, butler, or wizard, cowboy or pirate call for details. We cannot guarantee we can reserve an entertainer 7 days in advance prior to your party. we will do our best to locate an entertainer for you.
Cancellations Policy! Cancellations up to 14 days prior will be refunded. Cancellation less than 14 days prior to your party is non refundable, However, we will be more than happy to reschedule. We will contact you 5 days prior to your party for a final head count for dietary needs if required, and also your food and drink choices. If you have any "N0" shows for any reason you will be charged for unattended guests at the time of your party. Sorry, no deductions will be given for no-shows. Changes can be made 5 days prior to party, after that no changes can be made.
As noted before an entertainer such as a princess or fairy, butler, or wizard, cowboy or pirate can be provided for an extra charge. Most entertainers cost between $500 to $1000 per event. I can certainly give the names of companies in Tucson to help you or you may let me book them for you. Please book these entertainers 3-4 weeks in advance. Parties that require 7 days notice will not guarantee an entertainer. We will do our best to locate one.

Rainy Day Policy (or high wind)!!!!
If your party is scheduled to be hosted outdoors , please make alternate arrangements for a indoors area in the event of rain (Or high wind) Our cancellation policy applies due to weather related events
Guardian Supervision and Costumes
At least one parent or guardian will have to stay at the kids party location at all times. this includes set up and clean up as well.
Costumes will be worn over regular clothes. It is recommended, but not required, to wear child ballet style clothes. This will allow the costume to fit better. Undressing will be done by the parent or guardian Only!
Special diet Restrictions!
If your child or guest at your party has special dietary restrictions please advise us at the time of the head count. If a child has extreme allergies we recommend the parent or guardian to inform us on what to make for them. We are not responsible or liable for an allergic reaction to food, clothing ,make up or at any time provided and after.
Preparation & Clean up
We will arrive 1 1/2 hours prior to the scheduled party. We will also need about 1 1/2 hours for clean up. Please provide enough space for the tea party area, dress up and play area. If you are providing your own chairs and tables, please have them set up in advance so we can decorate the area as soon as possible. Also please provide a parking space close to the area so we can have easy access to and from the party area
We do not include gratuity for most parties. However, Parties bigger than 20 will be charged 20% gratuity
High Desert Tea Parties LLC staff , hosts, entertainers, outside help and contracted entertainers , assume no responsibility or liability for accidents or damages caused during your party. From the time up of set up until the time we leave we will ensure that your home, location and guests are treated with great care respect and attention. High Desert Tea Parties LLC is Not responsible for allergic reactions due to costumes, food beverages, treats or make up during or at any time after the party. It is the responsibility of the contact person and or guest/parent/guardian to inform us of any allergies, dietary restrictions or special needs of any kind!
